The leather of our shoes must be looked after, just like our skin.
We recommend:
- Do not expose footwear to heat sources for long periods of time;
- Do not clean the skin with chemical agents, it is preferable to use a cloth slightly soaked in water;
- Store your footwear in dry places, inside the Brador box.

Does the leather soften over time?
The leather used to create our footwear is of the highest quality. With use, you’ll notice that the leather becomes increasingly soft to the touch, eventually molding to the shape of your foot. Our leathers go through a vegetable tanning process, making them progressively softer and more supple with use.

Are Brador shoes suitable for everyone?
Every foot is unique, and for this reason, we strive to make footwear suitable for everyone. Each shoe model may be more or less suited to a specific foot type, depending on its features.
If you tend to have a wider foot, we recommend choosing a size up. Conversely, if you have a very narrow foot, consider sizing down.

When will I receive my order?
Items are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order.
Estimated delivery times from the date of shipping:
- Italy and Europe: 2-4 business days; 3-7 business days for remote areas
- Rest of the world: 4-9 business days
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.

Is shipping free?
In Italy and Europe, shipping is always free, except for the following countries:
- Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands: shipping costs €10
- Switzerland, Great Britain, Norway: shipping costs €20
- Rest of the world: shipping costs range from €55 to €65, depending on the area.

Where are Brador shoes shipped from?
Our footwear is 100% made in Italy and exclusively shipped from our headquarters in Italy.

Do you ship outside of Italy/Europe?
Yes, the majority of our clients are international! We are also present in over 400 stores worldwide!
Note on non-European shipments:
Product prices include VAT, but additional charges or customs duties for shipments outside Europe are the responsibility of the customer. If the order is declined due to customs charges, return fees will be deducted from the refund.

How can I check the status of my order?
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your order whenever you like. If you haven’t received it, we suggest checking your spam folder.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
If you realize you’ve selected the wrong size, no problem. Contact us immediately, and if the order hasn’t shipped, it will be promptly canceled.
If you realize your error after the merchandise has shipped, follow the exchange/return procedure outlined below.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I exchange/return my order?
Absolutely, you can exchange or return your order within 28 days of receiving the merchandise. However, the product must be unused and unaltered; refunds or exchanges cannot be authorized otherwise.
To exchange or return an order, you must first inform us via email at customer@brador.it.
Without prior notice of an exchange or return, we may be unable to process your request.

Is return shipping free?
Return shipping is free (within Italy and Europe) for size exchanges only.

What is the procedure for an exchange or return?
Here’s the procedure for making an exchange:
- Contact us by email at customer@brador.it with the reason for the exchange or return, and provide the order number (found in your order confirmation email).
- After receiving the necessary return instructions, the footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which should be securely packed.
- Once the return reaches our headquarters and the product’s integrity is verified, we will ship the new pair, notifying you via email and providing a new tracking number.
For Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and Greek Islands, a €10 return shipping fee applies.

What if my size is unavailable for an exchange?
If you wish to make an exchange but your size is currently unavailable, please email our customer service team at customer@brador.it. We will inform you if your desired size is likely to be restocked. Our best sellers are periodically restocked in all sizes.
If the requested size is not restocked, or if you prefer not to wait, you may choose to exchange for another product or request a refund. We will do our best to find a solution that satisfies you.

Can I return a gift item?
Yes, returning a gift item will result in a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
The refund will be processed immediately upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Processing time depends on the payment method (PayPal, credit card, bank transfer).

Can I return an online purchase to a store?
Unfortunately, we do not currently allow in-store returns or exchanges for online purchases.

What are the payment methods?
We accept the following payment methods:

- Bank transfer: in this case, the order will be shipped upon receipt of the transfer in our bank account. If payment is not received within 7 days, the order will be canceled.

No, at this time, we only accept payments in euros.

No, we currently do not accept cash on delivery payments.

Our leather footwear requires care, just like our own skin. We recommend:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct heat sources.
- Do not clean the leather with chemicals; a slightly damp cloth is preferable.
- Store your shoes in dry places, ideally inside the Brador box.
