When will I receive my order?

Italy and Europe: 2-4 working days, while 3-7 working days for remote destinations

Rest of the world: 4-9 business days

After placing your order you will receive an email with the tracking number which will allow you to track your order.

Can I change/return my order?

Of course, you can change or return your order within 28 days of receiving the goods, however the product must not have been used or tampered with, in which case refunds or exchanges cannot be authorised.

To be able to change or return your order you must first notify us via e-mail at produzione@brador.it .

We remind you that without prior communication of exchange or return we may not be able to satisfy your request.

Is shipping free?

Shipping to Italy and Europe
is always free, except for the following countries:

- Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the Balearic and Canary Islands : the shipping cost of which is 10 euros .

- Switzerland, Great Britain, Norway : the shipping cost of which is 20 euros .

- Rest of the world : the cost of which is 45 euros.

Where are Brador shoes shipped from?

Our shoes are 100% made in Italy and are shipped only and exclusively from Italy,
directly from our headquarters.

Do you ship outside Italy / Europe?

Of course, most of our customers are foreigners!

We are also present in more than 400 stores around the world!

Clarification on shipments outside Europe:

The cost of the product includes VAT, additional expenses and customs duties for shipments outside Europe

How can I check the status of my order?

All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by BRADOR, he is required to follow the same instructions above. BRADOR reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.

Returns authorized by BRADOR must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered.

-BRADOR reserves the right not to accept returns sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions if delivery involves additional costs for BRADOR or requires collection from a branch of the courier itself.

-BRADOR reserves the right not to refund any customs fees due to the return of the goods.

-BRADOR also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions established. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, European legislation applies
distance trading.

Is the return free?

Returns are free (in Italy and Europe)* in cases of size or model changes.

What is the procedure to follow to make an exchange or return?

order? Here is the procedure to follow:

  • Contact us by email at produzione@brador.it informing us of the reason for the exchange or return and providing the order number (which you can find in the order confirmation email)
  • After receiving all the necessary information, the footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box which in turn must be carefully packaged.
  • As soon as the return reaches our office and, after having verified the integrity of the product, we will send you the new pair, notifying you by email and providing you with the new tracking (in case of exchange), or we will refund you (in case of return) .

* For the countries Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands there is a cost contribution of 10 euros.

Can I return a product that I received as a gift?

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

Sorry, at the moment we do not offer the possibility to return or exchange products purchased online from our stores.

What are the payment methods?

We accept the following payment methods:

bank transfer to our current account. However, we inform you that if within 7 days
we do not receive the payment we will be forced to cancel your order.

Can I pay in another currency?

No, we can currently only accept payments in euros.

Can you pay on delivery?

No, sorry, we do not accept this payment method at the moment.

I received a discount code, how can I use it?

If you have received a discount code via email or on other social channels, remember to use it during checkout, you will find a special space to enter it.

How can I take care of my footwear?

The leather of our shoes
it must be cared for, just like our skin. In fact, we recommend:

  • Do not expose footwear to direct sources of heat for long periods of time;
  • Do not clean the leather with chemicals, it is preferable to use a slightly damp cloth;
  • Store your footwear in dry places inside the Brador box;
