FORMS OF PAYMENT
CREDIT AND PREPAID CARDS
By choosing payment via bank transfer, at the conclusion of the order the customer automatically receives a confirmation email containing BRADOR's bank details, following which the goods are set aside awaiting the arrival of the bank transfer on the account.
The customer is required to send a copy of the payment via email within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation.
If BRADOR does not receive a copy of the payment within this period, it will cancel the order.
We will ship the order when the transfer has reached our bank account and as soon as the goods are available in our warehouse.
By choosing the Satyspay payment method, the customer can pay directly through his Satyspay account by scanning the QRcode.
By choosing the Paypal payment method the customer can pay directly via his Paypal account.
EUROTOP & BRADOR SRL (BRADOR) reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.
Customers who have received a promotional code to use on BRADORSHOP.IT via newsletter, through social networks or on approved promotional websites, can enter this code during checkout. Each code has a start and end date of validity and this time limit cannot be extended in any way.
In Italy and Europe shipping is always free , with the exception of the following countries:
- Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands: the shipping cost of which is 10 euros.
- Switzerland, Great Britain, Norway: the shipping cost of which is 20 euros
- Rest of the world: whose shipping cost is 45 euros
Parcels destined for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods.
All shipments directed to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items.
Items already available are shipped in 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date.
During sales or promotion periods, shipments may take longer.
Estimated delivery times from shipment date:
Europe (including Italy ): 2-4 working days for main destinations / 3-7 working days for remote destinations.
Rest of the world : 4-9 business days .
BRADOR is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or causes of force majeure beyond the control of BRADOR.
Attention , in Italy the following days are holidays and the courier does not ship:

TRACEABILITY OF SHIPMENT
When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from BRADORSHOP.IT with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.
In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by BRADORSHOP.IT.
DELIVERY OF THE ORDER
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before placing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment.
If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservations, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact BRADOR at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the package is damaged, or if part of the goods is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.
Any dispute regarding damage, missing items, or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by BRADORSHOP.IT within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date appearing on the courier's website, otherwise it cannot be accepted .
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with BRADORSHOP.IT and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.) , or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund owed to the customer.
BRADOR shipments can be insured against theft and accidental damage by paying a sum to be added to the order. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE EUROPE
The cost of the product is inclusive of VAT, further expenses and customs duties for shipments outside Europe are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer does not accept the order due to customs duties, the return costs will be deducted from the refund.
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items must be returned within 28 days from the date of receipt of the goods by sending a notice email to email@example.com .
We remind you that without prior communication of exchange or return we may not be able to satisfy your request .
After 28 days no exchange will be accepted and therefore no refund will be issued for the goods.
Returns without size changes are the customer's responsibility.
The size change is free.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box , which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
- In the event that the customer receives defective goods , or that errors occur in shipments by BRADOR, he is required to follow the same instructions above. BRADOR reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.
- Returns authorized by BRADOR must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered.
- BRADOR reserves the right not to accept returns sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for BRADOR or requires collection from a branch of the courier itself.
- BRADOR reserves the right not to refund any customs fees due to the return of the goods.
BRADOR also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions established.
In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading applies.
