If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items must be returned within 28 days from the date of receipt by sending an email notice to produzione@brador.it.

Please note that without prior notification of exchange or return, we may not be able to fulfill your request.

After 28 days, no exchanges will be accepted and no refunds will be issued for the merchandise.

Important:

Returns without size exchange are at the customer's expense.

Size exchanges are free of charge*.

*In case of an error in selecting the size or color by the customer, the size exchange will be at the customer's expense.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

In the email, it is essential to indicate the order number, which can be found in the previous order confirmation email received.

  • For returns without a size exchange, the customer must independently ship the received merchandise using any courier (Poste Italiane/UPS/FedEx/Bartolini, etc.) to the following address:

  • The customer must return all footwear and accessories along with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product and must not be damaged and/or altered in any way.
  • The merchandise will be refunded as soon as it returns to the company and has been inspected.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the order.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:

For size or model exchanges:

  • Please contact our customer service at produzione@brador.it. In the email, it is essential to indicate the order number, which can be found in the previous order confirmation email received; the size and model you would like to exchange for.

For a simple size exchange of the same model:

  • Please resend the order using Poste Italiane (standard service) to:

As soon as we receive it back, we will ship the exchange and reimburse the shipping costs (please provide a copy of the expenses).

For a model exchange with a different price:

  • Please place a new order and inform us by email. The pair you want to return must be shipped independently using Poste Italiane with standard/economy service. Please email us the shipping costs.
  • Once the merchandise returns to the company, a refund will be issued for the exchanged pair.

BRADOR also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the specified conditions.

In these cases, the merchandise will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, European distance selling regulations apply.
