RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items must be returned within 28 days from the date of receipt by sending an email notification to customer@brador.it.
Please note that without prior notification of an exchange or return, we may be unable to fulfill your request.
After 28 days, no exchanges will be accepted, and no refund will be issued for the merchandise.
Important:
The cost of returns without a size exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
However, a size exchange is free of charge*.
*If the customer made an error in selecting the size or color, they will be responsible for the exchange cost.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
Please contact our customer service at customer@brador.it. In your email, be sure to include the order number, found in the previous confirmation email, and the name under which the order was placed.
For returns without a size exchange, the customer must send the merchandise back at their own expense using any courier service (Post, UPS, FedEx, Bartolini, etc.) to the following address:

NOTE:
- The customer is required to return all footwear and accessories along with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product and must not be damaged and/or altered in any way.
- The merchandise will be refunded once it has returned to our facility and passed inspection; this process can take up to 10 days.
- The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order.
Customers who have placed orders from international countries may return items within 28 days of receiving their order, but they must cover all shipping costs, duties, and associated taxes.
No refunds will be issued for orders returned without prior authorization.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
For a size exchange:
Please contact our customer service at customer@brador.it. In your email, please be sure to include the order number, found in the previous confirmation email, the name under which the order was placed, and the size you wish to exchange for.
Please return the order by dropping the package off at the nearest UPS location (for Europe) or the nearest TNT location (for Italy) within 3 days of receiving the return label. Once we receive it back, we will send out the exchange.

BRADOR also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or any returns that do not meet all specified conditions.
In such cases, the merchandise will be sent back to the sender at the original shipping address.
