SHIPPING MODE
Shipments to Italy, San Marino, Vatican City and European Union (except Denmark) countries are carried out by courier and are free of charge.
Parcels destined for the internal countries of the European Union do not contain invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods.
All shipments directed to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual articles.
DELIVERY TIME
AVAILABLE ITEMS:
The items already available are shipped in 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of the order.
Shipments may take longer periods during the period of sale or promotion.
Estimated time of delivery from the date of shipment:
Europe (including Italy) – Standard Shipping: 4-6 working days for main destinations/6-8 working days for remote destinations
Europe (including Italy) – Express shipment: 1-3 business day for main destinations/2-4 working days for remote destinations
BRADOR is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or to causes of force majeure outside the control of BRADOR.

SHIPMENT TRACEABILITY
When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from BRADORSHOP.IT with the tracking number and a link to track the progress of the shipment.
In case of delays due to the Customs offices, the customers will be contacted directly by The courier or by BRADORSHOP.IT.
ORDER DELIVERY
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are kindly requested to inspect the package carefully before signing a shipment-proof receipt.
If for any reason the packaging appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are kindly requested to sign the receipt with reserve or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or if there is evidence of tampering with the parcel, customers are kindly requested to return the incident to the courier immediately and to contact BRADOR at customer@brador.it
If the package is damaged, or if a part of the product is missing, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
Any dispute concerning damages, deficiencies, or delivery to the wrong address must reach BRADORSHOP.IT within 10 days from the date of delivery resulting on the site of the courier, otherwise it will not be accepted.
All customers who make an order establish a business relationship with BRADORSHOP.IT and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their parcel. If the parcel is not delivered due to customer-dependent causes (wrong address, always absent recipient, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any dognal charges will be deducted from Reimbursement due to the customer.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
BRADOR shipments can be insured against theft and accidental damage with payment of a sum to be added to the order. Once the shipment arrives to destiny the insurance loses its validity.
